WHEN WILL I SEE RESULTS?
You will begin to see results in 2 to 4 weeks if you work hard and follow the instructions of your trainer both during and between sessions. If you stick with it, it's possible to achieve dramatic transformation in little more than a few months. But fast progress is not our only goal. It's also important to have sustainable, real improvement, so that once your goals are reached, you have a method for making them permanent.

HOW IS MY PROGRESS MEASURED?
Trainers generally conduct evaluations every 4 to 6 weeks to ensure that you're on track, using the same or similar metrics as in the initial assessment, but the timetable is variable based on your progress.

I HAVE A HEART CONDITION. CAN I STILL EXERCISE?
FitNow trainers always take a medical history from every client, which is taken into consideration in the design of any exercise program. In some cases we will request your doctor's approval before we start, but YES you can exercise with a heart condition!
In fact, most doctors encourage patients to begin an exercise program to improve cardiovascular health. Science shows that regular exercise, combined with a healthy diet, reduces and helps maintain reduced cholesterol levels.

DOES STRENGTH TRAINING REDUCE CELLULITE?
Absolutely! Cellulite is just fat deposits which lay beneath the skin. Strength training builds and strengthens muscle, raises the body's metabolism and reduces body fat, including cellulite. Diet plays a role here too however; the road to six-pack abs runs through the kitchen!

IS THERE A WAY TO IMPROVE MY POSTURE?
Long hours at a desk or computer and simply aging cause the body to hunch over, the spine to curve, and the shoulders to fall inward. FitNow trainers employ specific exercises to combat poor posture, which is indeed correctable in most cases.
